SpringTech Intellectual Park, located in Tangxia, a developing city in Dongguan, is attached great importance among 18 major preparatory projects. The project covers the land area of nearly 500 mu (about 33.3hectares), and the floor area of 150 square meters.

With the total investment of 12 billion yuan, SpringTech Intellectual Park aims to create a major technological industrial platform in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, focusing on smart city industrial cluster, photoelectric innovation center, and construction technology and urban service industrial cluster and offering multifunction of science&technology, research&development, office, manufacture and urban services. It is expected to introduce 3,000 enterprises which can create about 42,500 new jobs and make an annual financial contribution of 500 million yuan.
