On October 29, the sky was clear and the autumn wind was cool. The team construction of 2021 autumn season was held as scheduled. In order to further enhance the communication and exchanges among the group employees, enhance the spirit of teamwork awareness, and carry out the work in the fourth quarter of this year with full spirit,SpringRise Group organized employees from all departments to hold a team building activity in the farm!

     Cooperate with the cooking

The group construction activity was initiated by the on-site collaborative cooking of the staff. We prepared all kinds of meat and vegetarian ingredients for you to taste the fun experience of "self-cooking" farmhouse music! Colleagues who are usually skilled in their work turn out to be excellent cooks. Exquisite knife, fried fried, everything is not under the words, quite a star chef style! After a round of fierce cooking competition, each family presented their own team's famous dishes. The simple ingredients at the scene were transformed into a feast, with dishes matching meat and vegetables, delicious color, smell and delicious, and a rich dinner was opened!

    After everyone eats and drinks enough, first comes after a meal small game. Then, enter the climax of the group construction activity - fun cooperation games! Fun games by "two laps to the end", "concerted building blocks", " three-legged relay race" three groups of team games, to let everyone in the team work together to complete the game! Competitive game is divided into 4 groups on the same field competition, each group strength is quite, equally!

After the exciting and intense interaction and cooperation competition, all the teams completed the game with outstanding performance. The gold, silver and bronze MEDALS were assigned to each team. Mr. Harry Luo, General Manager of Real Estate Division of SpringRise Group and other leaders presented the commemorative awards to each team. At the end of the activity, colleagues also shared their feelings about the group construction activity, and Mr. Harry Luo, summarized the group construction activity.
